Master Stephen Wagstaff and Upper Warden Barry Munday called on the Lord Mayor Alderman Charles Bowman at Mansion House to present him with a cheque for £1,000 as a contribution from the Worshipful Company of Chartered Architects to the Lord Mayor’s Appeal 2018.

The Master and Upper Warden then went along to the Leadenhall Building to support the Lord Major, Alderman and Sheriff Tim Hailes and Sheriff Neil Redcliffe along with City workers and livery members who were part of an impressive 95 brave people who abseiled almost 200 metres and 47 floors down the East Wall of the development, aka The Cheesegrater, currently the tallest building in the City of London. Congratulations to everyone who completed the challenge!
